“Deeper than the ocean?”
“Higher than the sky!”
“Denser than the forest?”
“Bigger than the world!”
How can it be, that One like You
Could love this simple girl?
“Round the earth and back again?”
“Further!” His reply
“Wider than the universe?”
“Greater than the stars up high!”
My simple mind can’t comprehend
This love You have for me
A love like no other, before or again
So big, so wide, so deep
From now throughout eternity
Though I can’t understand
I’ll live to love as You’ve loved me
With a love that knows no end…
