I’ll be honest, I was really skeptical about this one, but I just tried it and no kidding!  Awesome!

Here’s the recipe:

BANANAS

Yep.  That’s it.  Slice ripe bananas into about 1 inch pieces and put in freezer for at least three hours.  Then put into blender (a food processor would be better) and blend until creamy and smooth.  So serious.  That’s all there is to it and it is the creamiest, most natural and healthy “ice cream” you will ever taste!

Don’t believe me?  Try it yourself!  Also, you could add things like peanut butter, chocolate chips, strawberries, etc, etc.  But if you want a low cal, low fat ice cream alternative that is a cinch to throw together, this is your thing.  YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
