Home safe and sound…finally! Thanks for the prayers. I only drove a couple of hours because my driving makes Mark too nervous. Huh…go figure…
Since it’s his left knee that is injured, driving didn’t bother him as much as he thought it would. He was a real trooper in spite of the pain. Tomorrow we will go see the doctor and see what damage was done. Hopefully nothing as serious as the swelling and pain would indicate.
26 hours of car time in a span of about 62 hours is not recommended. But it IS doable. 🙂
And home never felt so good…

Hi papa! We got home late last night, exhausted but safe. Thanks so much for your email. I know that Mark wants to try and get ahold of you guys today between trips to the doctor and Walgreens to get crutches. He’s been such a good sport about the whole thing.
